The philosophy of the women's program is that each individual student sets her own expectations and learns her limitations so that she can find safe ways to push past those barriers, whether they are physical or emotional. With a strong emphasis on self-protection, self-empowerment, and building a positive community to train in, the NYGKA women’s class is one of our most popular programs! New students can expect to improve their physical fitness and health, develop more confidence, and relieve stress, all while learning valuable self-defense skills in a fun, active environment. We also offer our teen/adult class, for a second opportunity to train each week.
